    Who We Are

    Ömer Çekiç

    Ömer Çekiç

    Ömer Çekiç graduated from Marmara University, Department of Economics in 2006 and started his career in the same year as an auditor at an international independent audit firm that is located in İstanbul / Turkey and whose headquarter based in England. After working in the same company for more than 10 years, he continues his career as a Founding and Managing Partner at RAM Global.

    Throughout his career, both in Turkey and in many countries (Bulgaria, Netherlands, Croatia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Russia, Romania... etc.) has served on the audit and corporate finance to his customers. In addition to his long-term experience in the field of independent auditing, he has been involved in the Corporate Finance department, the public offering of many companies and the acquisition of domestic and foreign companies.

    Furthermore, he made speeches and presentations on auditing and legislation in conferences, panels and education which are organised by associations and universities.

    Hamza Sivrikaya

    Hamza Sivrikaya

    After graduated from Uludağ University, Department of Public Administration in 1996, Hamza Sivrikaya completed his master’s degree in Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Accounting and Finance.

    He started his professional life in 1997 as a Tax Auditor Assistant at the Ministry of Finance. During the 15-year Tax Inspector period; He served as the Vice President of the Istanbul Tax Inspectors Office, the Consultant of the Tax Department, and the Vice President of the Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Finance.

    Since 2013, He has been serving under the title of “Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant” and In 2019,he started to work as Vice Chairman of the Board at Ram Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.

    Furthermore, he made speeches and presentations on auditing and legislation in conferences, panels and education which are organised by associations and universities.

    Cihan Çelebican

    After graduated from Dumlupınar University, Department of Business Administration in 2006, Cihan Çelebican completed his master’s degree in Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences,Department of Audit of Accounting.

    Since 2005, Cihan Çelebican has a wide range of services such as tax auditing, tax consultancy, transfer pricing for many companies that operating in different sectors in Turkey. In 2019, he started to work as Member of the Board at Ram Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.

    Furthermore, he made speeches and presentations on auditing and legislation in conferences, panels and education which are organised by associations and universities.
